And now for something special.... Nefertite my new F2D combat project
The Nefertite combat model is the result of an idea that I was walking around with, far too long, a couple of years.
It is the outcome of issues I'm not satisfied with, looking to current combat models:
- It is too much work to build the models
- They are to easy to damage
- Above two points make it attractive to buy the models, which is expensive and not very satisfying
- They are just not directly controlling
- Its too sensitive to wind and other wheater
- They are too heavy
This model is my first step to solve a number of the problems, if the prototype flies well,
I'll start a next step in making them lighter an much stronger by using modern materials
and techniques like carbon, kevlar and moulding. The biomolding material I have in mind is strong,
light and also biodegradable
I've spent a lot of time drawing the damn thing in Solidworks, but it worked out alright.
